“Breakfast was good. Parking was okay. We could not get any hot water in our room. Filled the bathtub and it still was cool. Don’t like cold showers. ”

“The front desk clerk was cold and unfriendly. The room was dirty. There was garbage behind the garbage can. There were ants coming from underneath the carpet. When we told the front desk about it they said “we’ll have maintenance take care of it when you check out.” They were very dismissive. There was someone else’s hair all over the bathroom and food crumbs under the desk. There were pink stains on the bedding. It was like they didn’t clean the room before we got there.
